Professional Experience:

1986 to Present: Private practice limited to Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Wrongful Death, and Products Liability claims in Las Vegas, Nevada.

1980 to 1986: Private practice in Ohio and Kentucky with emphasis on all types of trial work, including personal injury, criminal law, domestic relations, civil rights, workers compensation, and bankruptcy.

Also included in my practice were two appointments as the City Attorney of Cold Springs, Kentucky and Assistant City Attorney of Newport, Kentucky. Both positions entailed defense work of myriad claims.

1978 to 1980: Instructor of Law at Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Duties included teaching Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy. I also was the Faculty Advisor for the school's Moot Court Board, and taught a course in Costitutional Law / Civil Liberties and a course in the law of the First Amendment.

Additional experience includes numerous appeals, co-counsel in a murder case, several hundred workers compensation hearings and /or appeals,and at least 300 arbitration hearings in my Nevada practice, representing the plaintiff.

I have conducted jury trials in Ohio, Kentucky and Nevada and in all three of the federal district courts in which I am admitted. I believe the number is about thirty jury trials. I have represented perhaps 1000 workers compensation clients and 5000 personal injury clients in the past 20 years.
